You may be entitled to a free NHS flu or COVID vaccine if you fall into one of the eligible groups, such as:
Adults aged 65 and over
People with certain long-term health conditions
Pregnant women
Carers and frontline health or social care staff
Children aged 2–11 (flu nasal spray)
Those living with someone who is immunocompromised

Most people experience mild, short-term side effects such as:
A sore arm where the needle went in
